la oferta de EBSCO por dos razones, una de ellas vinculada a dos puntos del

settlement or avoidance of any such claim, provided, however, that EP shall
give prompt legal notice to Licensor of the assertion of any such claim and
provided further that Licensor shall have the right to participate in the

y mucho menos la idea de una indemnización por “daños”.</span><span

de busqueda como, por ejemplo, el de PUBMED, no se la ve incluida en artículos

mas amplia difusion de los contenidos, empezamos a analizar y diferenciar entre
las propuestas que lucran con los contenidos que entregamos: por un lado, aquellas
que lucran pero a cambio obtenemos beneficios (como la categorizacion) y, por
otro, aquellas otras que lucran pero no aportan beneficios significativos.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Luego de una lectura rápida lo que veo es que EBSCO P. dejará de pagarle
regalÃas a RINCE si incumplen con algunas de las cláusulas. De modo que si lo
que le interesa a RINCE es dar mayor difusión a su contenido y no obtener las
regalÃas, todo bien. Me molesta el punto 16: Governing Law, <i>"</i></span><i><span
